I am not a "technic geek" but found it very easy and quick to set up stright from the box. The unit itself is well designed and comes in two colours, metalic blue and white.The on screen keyboard is a little fiddly but if you use a laptop mouse button you will have no problems. I personally hate large instruction manuals, this one is quite thick but I soon realised that the section which applied to my language was only about four pages. I was up and running in minutes and now SKYPE call like a professional, in reality I only downloaded the sofeware two week ago. To sum up, great item, well designed and I would recommend it to anyone who like me are not up to speed with all things technical. Go get one....
